2025 Camping Lottery
Secure your campsite for fair week by participating in the 2025 Camping Lottery on Saturday, June 28, at 9:00 AM sharp. Registration begins at 8:00 AM, and the lottery list will be available one week prior.
Important! Be sure to measure your camper and campsite before the lottery to make sure it fits.
Lottery Deposit & Selection Process:
- $50 CASH deposit required at registration.
- If your name is not called, you’ll receive a full refund.
- If your name is called, but you decline a site, the deposit is forfeited.
Need to preview your site? The list will be available the week before – no sooner.
Camping Rules
- Quick Hook-Up Ready – All campers/RVs must be set for fast hook-up/removal per Fire Marshall’s orders.
- Adult Supervision – Campsites need an adult present at all times.
- Early Arrival – Campers may arrive after 12:00 PM on the Thursday before fair week at an extra charge of $25 per day (Thursday & Friday)
- Unauthorized Early Arrival – Campers arriving before noon on Thursday without prior approval will be charged a $40 penalty plus the daily rate.
- Check-In Process – All early arrivals must check in and pay at the North Gate before proceeding to their campsite.
- Early Check-In Hours:
- Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Campsite Limits – Only one immediate family unit (camper or tent) is allowed per site.
- Screen tents/shelters are allowed for storage or dining but not for sleeping.
- The person renting the campsite must be the one staying there.
- Parking Rules – Only one vehicle with a sticker is allowed at the campsite. All other vehicles must park in the designated lot.
- Proper Parking – All campers must be parked parallel to burn marks (not angles or vertical) unless approved by the camp committee.
- Water & Waste Disposal – Absolutely no dumping of water or waste on the ground per Health Department & DEQ regulations.
- Gray Water must be disposed of at designated dump sites.
- No fresh water hose hook-up is allowed.
- Trash & Cleanliness – Campers are responsible for keeping their area clean and disposing of trash in designated dumpsters.
- Trash barrels will not be placed in the camping area and should not be moved there.
- Quiet Hours – 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM – Disorderly campers may be asked to leave.
- Camper Removal – No early camper removal unless approved by the camp committee.
- Unauthorized early removal may result in forfeiting your campsite.
- Campsite Check-Out – All campers must be off the grounds by Sunday (end of fair week).
- Campsite Renewal – Renew your campsite at the fair office (Monday – Saturday of fair week, deadline 9:00 PM).
- Renewal fee includes two (2) season passes.
- NO Campfires – All campfires are strictly prohibited per Fire Marshall’s orders.
- Rule Enforcement – Campers who fail to follow these rules may be red-tagged, affecting future campsite eligibility.
